This type of unwinders and rewinders can be easily replaced to previous versions for one or more of the following reasons:

- Change in the size of the reel
- Revamping of the machine increasing the speed and performance of production.
- Update of safety regulations.
We offer turnkey systems, taking charge of the study and alteration of the structural part of the current machine, where the new unwinder/rewinder will be inserted, and the provision of the electrical part as well as the software.
Characteristics
- The rewinder comes with pull roll which can be provided with a motor depending on the type of rewinding.
- Pneumatic shafts can have different diameters based on the use of the internal core of the reel: 3’’, 6’’ or other.
- The loading of the reel can occur by a jack loading system, with lifting trolleys, or with flag crane
- These unwinders and rewinders can be compact so that they can be set up in small spaces or above machine floors.
- Web guiding system directly underneath the unwinder and the rewinder or integration of the system before the rewinding or after the unwinding.
- In case of limited spaces and smaller web width, it is possible to provide heads with reel locking system via expanding shaft and system of reel loading/unloading through platform or column discharger. It is also possible the integration for manipulating the expanding shaft. Also these type of heads can have a sub-base aligner.

These rewinders and unwinders can be used, amongst others, in the sector of food packaging, in the coating of adhesive tapes, and in extrusion and lacquer lines. The most frequent materials are paper of different quality and grammage, plastic film, laminates, steel, and much more.
